Crocker Elementary School supports a harmonious integration of school, home and community where all students are supported and inspired to attain excellence. Our parents, teachers, staff, community members and students work together to create a safe, nurturing and respectful environment where learning is paramount, risk-taking is encouraged and high academic standards are held for all.

Crocker’s child-centered community provides students with an excellent standards-based curriculum developed around powerful learning concepts to provide a solid foundation in reading, writing, communications, mathematics, science and social studies. The utilization of the many community resources in our area plays an integral part in enriching our students’ learning experiences.

Participation in on-going professional development renders our teachers knowledgeable and skilled in the most effective instructional practices. Our attention to the individual needs of the whole child provides our students with rich educational experiences and offers them the support services and enrichment opportunities needed to be successful learners. Crocker parents are supported in their efforts to help their children attain high academic standards. We embrace the individual differences of our students and build upon the diverse cultures they bring to our school community.
